Anyway, I am writing this here journal entry to report that I AM NOW FREE FROM ART SCHOOl. Well, until January 6th, that is. BUT basically have officially started a much-needed break, one in which I might possibly (key word) finish that Humanities essay that was due last Monday. Whoops!
Anyway, I just had my goddammed art history final today and I am glad it's over, there's nothing worse than sitting in a test feeling like you're bullshitting everything.
FYI, I suck at studying, and ..prioritizing my time properly, in order to study.
Whatever, fuck art history for now, I'm done with that class. (Good thing I get to take it a couple more times until I'm free. Possibly a third time if I failed this test. )
ANYWAY, now it's time to get cracking on two paintings I am giving to my mom and stepdad for christmas... and then eventually the belated birthday gift for my boyfriend (LOL his birthday was in June, ANOTHER WHOOPS. XD) once I have finished my parents'. 19 days, I gotta really fucking force out this incredible sense of procrastination I harbour, because even for home projects that I'm doing, I put it off, especially if it's for my family. I know that's sad but...i'm only motivated REALLY if I'm doing something purely for myself, and I don't know why.
Haha, I guess this is why I'd never survive with a job in commercial art. Maybe it's selfish but... I never really liked living by anyone else's standards, or people telling me what to do, unless I truly feel like it's in my best interests.

So basically, I'm a stubborn asshole with that. And that feels weird to say.
